LSB DATA Sp. z o.o. was founded in the autumn of 1997, when the IT Division of LSB electronic was established as a separate company. In the result, it began its operation with several regular customers, eight employees and effective company structure. Its main shareholder is Innova AG of Switzerland.

The development of the company in the first years after its establishment was driven by a variety of acquired and developed IT projects which, in addition to the company's roots in the electronic components distribution sector,contributed to the comprehensive development of the core team and to its specialisation in a number of areas.

Research, development and constant improvement work of the company let it win the confidence of dozens of regular customers,including companies operating on the international market; it also climbed to satisfactory positions in rankings of manufacturers of dedicated applications and exporters of IT technologies. In the result of constant enhancement of qualifications and gaining a number of certificates and partnership levels with the leading players on the technology market, LSB DATA was able to offer products and services of the highest international standards. In 2006, we obtained the ISO 9001:2000 certificate, standardising processes within the company, which enabled us to offer even better service quality.
